    A company co-founder in charge of client relationships, management processes, and making Dispositiva grow as a sustainable and respected company in the market. During her career of almost two decades in the audiovisual market, she has had several management positions in the segment’s main companies.

    Operations Director
    Before founding Dispositiva, she had worked in major audiovisual industry companies, with over a decade of experience working in translations and subtitling projects and training new professionals in the area. She is the company's co-founder in charge of selecting, training, and certifying the translation and review team, with a focus on job assignment, product standardization and final quality. Thanks to her management, we deliver high-level quality products that meet the clients' needs and expectations.

    Technology Director
    Dispositiva's collaborator since the company was founded, he took over as Technology Director in 2012. He has extensive experience in audiovisual post-production and has been developing work for some of the main TV channels in the market, such as GNT and TV Brasil. He is currently leading the company's technology projects and processes.

    The most charming of the company’s directors, Tom became Dispositiva’s mascot in March 2015 when he was only two months old. Despite his youth, he is already a master at distributing doggie-kisses and does a fine job of entertaining those waiting at the front desk. In 2016, he was promoted to Wellness Director, becoming the newest and youngest talent on the Dispositiva team.
